We just had the shakes. We ordered the chocolate truffle. It was really good. Service was also good and fast. Way overpriced for sure but it was a treat.Place looks pretty clean. I do not like they have food and shakes in the same place as the smell of food kind of deters you from getting something sweet. We had just eaten and we love curry food but the strong smell of curry made me change my mind and I did not order anything for myself. And I repeat, I do love curry.I did try the shake that was ordered and it was really good. A nice.expensive treat.

My son, Wes, brought me to this lovely spot. Wes is well versed in many different foods of various ethnic backgrounds. If he values this place then I know it's good.I ordered the Urban Cheesburger. Didn't catch what he ordered nor what was ordered for my lovely wife Pat. I was busy checking out all the various milkshakes this place offers. Unfortunately we did not have enough belly space for desert. Our meals were ordered for takeout.I'd asked for my burger to not be spicy hot and was assured it would only be "mild". My "white" mild is very different than this person's "brown" mild, lol. I was able to enjoy their cheeseburger to its end though. Only complaint was that the bun was a bit soggy on the bottom but I can understand this since I ordered the burger to go which gave its many juices time to filter into the bottom bun.Wes thoroughly enjoyed his order. We loves spicy foods and considered my burger rather tame for his tastes.Pat found hers a little spicy hot otherwise, rather tasty.

New place with different varieties of choices. The milkshake is good. The fried chicken supreme is good except too salty. Don't be surprised to pay a lot. It's expensive.

Giving 2 stars because the shakes are good, but not worth the $$. I can't have dairy, so had to get a DF shake. $20 for a small bottle - not the Mason jar shakes with an entire slice of cake on top (in case that's what you expected for $20). Sorry, I can make my own, with protein powder, for like $3 in ingredients. $10 I was willing to pay for a good DF shake but double that, especially for what you get - that's a nope from me.

So happy to have stumbled across this hidden gem here in Waterloo! We got the kiss me tiramisu, red velvet surprise and birthday dream. All three desserts did not disappoint! Staff was super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend 🙂

We heard great things about Holy Shakes and had high hopes. The customer service was great, friendly, attentive and prompt. The shakes were delicious. We ordered three shakes at $12 each and did not feel we got value for our money. I would have expected bigger shakes and great we keep the cup but not worth it at all. When you consider other establishments that make just as good milkshakes for less. The rating was based on value for our money. Customer service and the flavour of our shakes would have been a 4 out of 5.

I’ve been to the location in Waterloo twice now and have not been disappointed yet! I understand a lot of people think the shakes are a little on the expensive side, but for getting a pastry/ piece of cake and a shake the price is more than fair. The staff seems to handle long lines quickly and efficiently, and the quality of service, and product has been great every time! Great place to stop for a treat!

I came here for the first time and I had really great experience with the staff Mr. Priyal and I can't forget to mention about there food Which was damn delicious. The most importantly, they have separate fryers for veg and non-veg. It's my Honest recommendation to try this place.

Just love the taste and awesome crazy menu. Had waffles after 9 years and just loved it .. so freakishly fresh. And My brother had kesar pista shake. That was great too. Will see you soon for punjabi tacos, waffle sandwich and some more loaded waffles. I just hope that prices could have been a bit reasonable.

Really wish I could give 5 stars. Please note that they are 2 restaurants together at one location but they have separate Google profiles and therefore I would have to write separate reviews for both. The location is perfect for a milk shake stop. If you do not wish to drink one at the Conestoga Mall food court and want to try something different, make sure to visit here!!!They are located in a small plaza and hence they do not have too many parking spots, however, if you do not go at a busy time you should be able to find a spot. They are not big on Dine-in or patio. They have 2 tables outside the place and 3-4 tables inside. So not too much seating capacity. If you wish to dine-in and are going at a busy time, make sure to call first!!!!Love the way how they have their complete menu on the wall! Very easy to choose and also ask questions. They have lots of options to choose from, at one point of time you would probably want to order 3 things at least!!!In addition to the items on the menu, you can also pick from the items displayed in the place. They also have really nice Halloween decorations within the place. They do have handicapped accessible entrance but it doesn't work and their washroom was out for maintenance when we visited approx 1.5 weeks ago. Hence, one star taken out. They have one of the best staff members we have ever met!!! Super helpful, understanding and very very innovative. So pls do not hesitate to communicate with them if you have any questions or if you want to play around with the menu options. Here goes the feedback on the order:Kiss the Tiramisu: really good! Loved the way how it was served! 5/5Ferrero Cheesecake: this was amazing as well. Pls note that the cheesecake is NOT Ferrero Cheesecake however it is Ferrero and Cheesecake milkshake. The taste was really nice! 5/5All their cheesecakes come directly from Cheesecake Factory and fresh!!!Overall, you pay for a very good quality food, very heavy quantity and price that justifies both the quantity and the quality. We are really hoping to go here once again to try more innovative ideas on their menu.Kudos to the amazing team for trying the new and awesome ideas! 👍A special mention for my close friend Anshul for all the great pics that you see here. Thanks man! 🙋

Holy shakes are over the top creations that are creative but less than practical. They are essentially a dessert smooshed on top of a shake which works to the detriment of both. They are better as shake/dessert combos and you can get the dessert on the side which is pretty much a must if you are getting it to go. I got the Chocolate Truffle and it was decadently delicious. The cake was moist and wonderfully soft, with airy mousse. The Shake was delicious and the quality of the whipped cream was notable. $15 for a shake and slice of cake is a splurge but worth it especially with quality being good. It is a LOT of sweet, but if you aren't into that you probably wouldn't be here in the first place. I have a VERY high sweet and richness tolerance and even I was feeling a bit of a stomach ache after finishing the shake and cake. I feel like this would be better someplace where you could sit down and eat with friends and share the experience but the Waterloo location has very limited seating.

Absolutely loved the milkshakes here! I tried the Oreo waffle one and it was amazing and HUGE! The milkshake was creamy and sweet, and very refreshing on a hot day. Not only that but it's topped off with a giant waffle sandwich (I recommend asking for a takeout container to put the sandwich in after you snap your pic as it's hard to hold and move the cup with the treat on top).I also tried the chicken and waffle sandwich that was great! The chicken was super moist and crispy and paired well with the sweet waffle. My only negative comment about it was that I found there was a bit too much sauce which made the bottom waffle soggy and hard to eat. Finally, I also tried the butter chicken naan tacos which was delicious, but I kind of wished there was more chicken. Overall, the food here was amazing and the staff was super nice!! I would definitely come again for the amazing milkshakes!
