Good spot for some halal fast food dining and shakes. Got the special with the kathi rolls, fries, and vanilla and mango lyche shakes. Overall good. The kathi rolls weren't great but weren't bad. The shakes were good especially the mango lychee and the fries were good. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated and can dine out inside.
Ordered 2 cheesecake combos (2 in each) from Uber and only received 2 cheesecakes instead of 4. Paid double and got frozen hard like a rock. Not recommended…
Amazing shakes, kind workers, fast service and it was a hefty meal, not only shakes and sweets but there is also savoury which includes burgers and fries.
The customer service was not good. Even after going twice and discussing about a small group gathering planned the employee told me he has no clue. I was not given the price I was promised. Also we had to wait for 45 minutes for our order to be served, the kids had to wait for long and one shake was served when the get together was almost over. Food is good but not the customer service.
We had visited another Holy Shakes location few years back, and visited this one in Harwood mall for the first time and had a good experience.
There are only about 4 tables for in dining, so it will be difficult to find a seat if the place is busy.
We tried the Chicken Bao which is unique and very much recommended, a Dubai Chocolate and Caramel Praline Holy Shakes. They are ice cream based shakes and tasted very good, the presentation is also well done. The shakes are a bit pricey but worth the amount and taste, they don’t feel any artificial taste.
The staff are friendly and courteous. And the restaurant is kept clean and well maintained.
Had the pleasure to be served by Akshir our first time at this location. He was extremely welcoming and gave excellent service while enjoying delicious milkshakes!
I have encountered several issues at this establishment. The customer service was subpar, and my order was incorrect. Furthermore, the ingredient information provided was inaccurate, which was particularly concerning as a child has a tomato allergy, and this was not taken into consideration. A replacement was not offered, and I was charged extra for an item that might have been included as part of a deal. Therefore, I would not recommend visiting this place. I would give her a 0/5 star if I could.
1st time visit for celebrating birthday. Great experience overall with really good taste. Tawa soya chaap and waffeled by Oreo super feeaks were amazing!!

We came to Holy Shakes in Ajax for the viral Dubai chocolate milkshake and it was definitely worth it. Ended up trying the Oreo chocolate cake freakshake, beef burger, fish tacos, and Crunch Munch too and everything was tasty. The milkshakes were the highlight, our son couldn’t stop switching between them. Friendly service, fun vibe, and great food. We’ll be back for sure!
Excellent red velvet cake and amazing staff!! What really made the experience stand out was the service. Shubham was incredible polite, helpful, and made sure everything was just right… will definitely come back!
Sukh was great she was helpful in suggesting what to order! We got the Oreo Waffle! The Biscoff and Mini Donut Balls which were amazing! She even gave me tap water to dilute all the sugar hahahah!
We drove out of our way here because online it says they have vegan options including vegan icing and peanut butter flavour, very berry with the icing etc. and when we went in we were told they do not do any vegan options except Fruities which is just a fruit flavour blended with a vegan icecream and almond milk. After some discussion I found out they do have oreos, which the girl was unaware are vegan so I told her that they are and asked if we could have them in the icecream at least and she said yes. It came to $35 for two little simple shakes which I was very shocked by. After I paid the woman told me that it could take 20 minutes to make it because the vegan icecream is hard. We were in a rush and I wouldn't have already paid if I knew that! While waiting, I was reading the sign and couldn't figure out the pricing because we seemed to be charged almost $10 extra. My husband asked before leaving and she said the vegan icecream and the use of almond milk are both extra charges. Both of which she did not explain when we paid either. Not impressed really, it wasn't the fun outing it was supposed to be. Very disappointing.
Shakes were delicious — rich, creative, and worth the visit if you love dessert-style drinks.
Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The staff at the counter assumed I was there for an Uber pickup instead of greeting me properly. It felt dismissive and unwelcoming.
Great food should come with respectful service — I hope the management addresses this.
Absolutely the most spectacular shakes we've ever tried - the selection is ridiculous and the flavours are to die for! Service is wonderful, too (Eshelle was especially lovely). We'll be back.

I went to order just a hamburger. Asked for ketchup mayo mustard and Lettuce. They proceeded to put tomato and cheese and some kind of orange sauce on it. I watched them do this and ask what they're putting on my burger. She said you asked for tomato, I don't even eat tomatoes so why would I ask for it? I asked what the orange sauce that she put on my burger, she said it's mayo. Honey mayo is white not orange. She said at our toronto store people know it's mayo mix with something. (She didn't tell me what that something was) first off sweetheart, you are not in toronto. Don't assume that people here trying for first time know what orange mayo is. And you need to inform people if it's something other than mayo. A lot of people have food allergies. The place only had one other customer. I understand why the place is empty. Also very very expensive. Just not, sooo not worth going there. Try Retro Burger. So good and the staff are amazing at RETRO BURGER, cheaper too. I eat out, minum 4 days a week. Always looking for a good place, thought I'd try something new. Lesson learned. And no thank you I won't be going there ever again, I've told many people about my experience there, why the heck would I go back???????
Holy Shakes Ajax is a total treat! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was fun and welcoming. The milkshakes are absolutely next-level — thick, creamy, and loaded with delicious toppings. We tried the Ferrero Rocher, Cotton Candy Carnival, Reeses Candy Crush and Fudgy Kitkat. They all are insanely delicious and mouth-watering 📸🍫🍨
The staff were super friendly and patient while we took our time choosing (so many tempting options!). Great place to bring friends, family, or just to satisfy your sweet tooth.

I got the Dubai Chocolate Milkshake and my boyfriend got the strawberry cheesecake milkshake (which came with a strawberry cheesecake piece & a Dubai chocolate piece) Great Service - Dev and the team were so friendly and made us feel welcome as we got in! 5 Stars!!
What a marvelous experience! The staff went above and beyond with their kindness and attention to detail, including an extra touch to help my son feel special celebrating his sixth birthday with the birthday cake milkshake! I have no doubt where I will be taking my daughter for her birthday treat. What an incredible place. I can't thank the staff enough. They showed a lot of care and I'm grateful. My son says thank you!
Food was good but for a place that specializes in desserts that’s bound to attract kids and families maybe don’t blast music with explicit lyrics in the middle of the day. I was in there with my kids and the F word and B word every 3 seconds There’s a time and place for everything.
My family had a wonderful experience. We had an Oreos Cookies n Cream and Strawberry milkshakes. I was surprised we got to keep the bottles and found out we get 5% off our next shake if we bring them back. There’s also a loyalty card with rewards after 10 & 15 stamps. Overall great time and highly recommend!
Be sure to ask about all extra costs. Lots of false advertising at this location. The Cheesecake experience was not all that is cracked up to be. Cheesecake was too hard to eat with a plastic spoon that they give you. We dined in. Free parking.

I got the smash box for 2 ..we chose one chicken crunch burger, chowmein grilled chicken burger. The deal includes 2 basic milkshakes we chose one basic chocolate milkshake and one lotus Biscoff for extra $. The chowmein burger was too good..didn't feel oil in it. The shakes tasted amazing with no overdose of sugar..definitely one of the best milkshake spots in Ajax. Akshar was really good with his customer service ..

SOOOO GOOD! My kids absolutely loved the waffles and ice cream. Cheesecake was delicious, and my daughter loved her Nutella waffle. Milkshake was also very good. Also got the kinder bueno cheesecake, very tasty. Gave us offers before we left. Super good service! Would definitely come back.
Had the combo special. Chicken burgers were well cooked, crispy a good size and the perfect amount of heat. Fries were tasty, with unique seasoning. Milk shake was the mini size, but more than enough.
Tonight, I ordered two chicken burgers because I previously had a great experience with a delicious one. However, I wasn’t aware that there were two types: breaded chicken and chicken chunks. Unfortunately, I received the chicken chunks, which made my burger small and lacking in meat—I ended up with more bread than anything else.
When I called to ask about it, thinking my burger was missing patties, they explained the difference but didn’t offer any resolution to help the (hungry) customer. 1. The burger was disappointing—low on taste and meat, making for a poor dinner and expensive for the portion. 2. While the service was polite and tried to clarify the confusion, staff should be trained to better explain product differences upfront and offer solutions when a mix-up occurs.

Restaurant waa cold inside no heater, food was not good at all, butterscotch shake was tooooooo sweet and strawberry shake felt had no sweetness at all and didn't even felt any strawberry flavour, Rolls and Soya cheap we just garbaged it only fries was better.

I ordered from here on uber eats a few times came as expected! Was so good whould definitely recommend. I also went to the store was the best service I bought 1 kinder chocolate shake and 1 kitkat shake with smash box for 2.The workers were so nice whould definitely recommend if you are looking for a good place to get shakes and food!.

What a great addition to the Harwood plaza! I have been looking for a place nearby that serves proper Cheesecake Factory cheesecake forever! Service is great and fast, even on opening day and prices are super fair! We‘ll be back… often!
We went with our family on their grand opening. We had ordered 2 of their the chicken crunch burger combo, one with strawberry cheesecake milkshake and the other with kitkat milkshake. the burger was quite flavourful with a nice crunch. The sweet and sour picked added a nice contrast with the savoury burger. Patty was slightly on the drier side but along with the shakes it struck a nice balance. The fries were crunchy and the sauce that drizzled on top of it added that extra bit of flavour. Being a grand opening the environment was too loud for us with the dj playing some loud edm beats which wasn’t suitable for a family with small kids. Other than that there isn’t much to complain. Would highly recommend
