A Must Visit Place!!I recently tried this place and had a fantastic meal. We ordered two paneer kathi rolls and three shakes. The rolls were perfectly spiced and generously stuffed. The fries that came with them were very crispy and tasty.The shakes really stood out. The staff were very friendly and nice. Definitely a spot worth visiting!

Oreo Shake was good. Had the chicken and waffle sandwich and was disappointed as it was really small and waffle was overcooked and way too crunchy. And price was ridiculous. Over $30. Will probably not be going back. Bathroom was very unclean and tiny.

Hi,So me and My girlfriend went to holy shakes for the first time. At first I was very skeptical when I stepped inside. But oh boy was my expectations ran higher then the roof. The service was very quick, we ordered oreo wonderfilled milkshake with cake on top, and it was very very scrumptious. The fries with a little chili seasoning was cooked to perfection, I was riveted by how amazing the fries were. The fried dumplings and peri peri wings were good, would've preferred the sauce on the side, however overall it was very satisfying. I am very pleased with my visit and would come back again, would recommend for you guys to come and try this wonderful establishment.My girlfriend and I had an amazing time overall. Visited store last Wednesday. Food was awesome.. Good atmosphere. #halal fusion foods.But here are some issues:1. We waited more then 1 hour for food and drinks 😟 there were only 1 person in kitchen. When i asked, they said, they did not expect theses much customer on Wednesday.. Come on, this is summer time, u should be prepared. Management, please increase staff on summer evening.2. Lots of empty space. Can be put more sitting arrangement.3. Ordered Cappuccino shake. It was watery and all were milk..i think there should be more coffee..☹️Well, we really liked their varitey of foods and all halal.. Even all servers were good and cooperative. But management should think about staff shortage issue.

Had a really nice experience at Holy Shakes!They have great food options, I tried their peri peri chicken burger, which was fantastic. The Ferrero Rocher shake with cheesecake was extra sweet and fulfilling, and absolutely delicious. The ambience and atmosphere were lively, and the customer service was exceptional. Husband and I went around 6 for dinner. We got mango milkshakes and crunch munch burgers with masala fries. One fries is enough to share for two people. Burgers are great, but the real best part was the shakes, it appears the last few time the shakes were tried was very mediocre and didn’t taste the same as the old ones. While rest of the food is 5/5, shakes 4/5. With sincere disappointment their wait time is the worst! Minimum 25-30 minutes for a burger or shake when it is busy. And some time it gets soggy depending on when it was made.

The service was fairly slow. The restaurant is quite large and loud. I liked the menu board, but the lack of description for the items left me a bit confused. My birthday cake shake was delicious, although the slice of cake served on the top was a little bit stale (likely due to being refrigerated). Overall, I enjoyed it.Keep in mind that it is VERY pricey. My shake was $15 and another in my party was over $20.

Stopped to get lunch here as we were in Cityscape. The food and service was great. My wife had the burger I had the chicken crunch if I recall correctly. The burger was okay but the chicken burger was fantastic. The fries are amazing too and had great flavor. They are Def spicy for the white middle aged guy tho. And the milkshake list is amazing. I visited this place with a few friends – a first time for us all – for Iftaar (March 22nd), and unfortunately, I must admit that we encountered one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve ever had. Although the ambiance is pleasant and the staff are respectful, the overall service was exceptionally poor. Despite there being only five of us, each with our own order, it took an unreasonable amount of time to place our orders—approximately 15 minutes of waiting in line, despite the place not being crowded. Furthermore, once we finally managed to convey our orders, it took an astonishing 40 minutes for the first order to reach our table. To make matters even more annoying, our orders were mistakenly handed to the wrong tables not once, not twice, but THREE times!! Instead of verifying the names or orders with the recipients, the staff blindly handed the order to whoever came up to the front. I don’t think it’s that hard to double check…Additionally, our orders (we all got the Freak Box), were incomplete as they were missing the accompanying milkshakes, which seemed to be showing up 15-20 minutes after the food was sent. This issue seemed to extend beyond our table, as other patrons appeared to face similar discrepancies. Consequently, despite arriving as a group, we ended up eating separately, with all of our table’s orders missing components. As the food grew cold while we awaited the completion of our orders, I eventually had to settle for a random order from another table (who had originally taken our order) solely out of frustration and exhaustion from waiting. The manager's response, indicating a further delay if I insisted on my original order, was particularly upsetting. Don't know if this is a constant issue or staff can't expedite properly, but we left quite unpleased. I've never seen a more disoriented front of house and kitchen. No sense of time management, leadership, and organization. While I understand that the restaurant industry can be demanding, it's unjustifiable for patrons to pay full price, including gratuity, and receive such a subpar experience. Regrettably, none of us anticipate coming back here.

The food wasn’t bad but it was not what we were expecting. We ordered through Uber and the food came with a very strong masala (Indian curry) smell that stayed in our house the whole night. We tried airing our house to get rid of the smell. We just wanted a regular chicken burger snd fries but the fries also came with some sauce on it. We were disappointed and didn’t eat much of the fries and the burger. The flavor wasn’t bad and, it was just not what we were expecting.

This was literally the surprise highlight of my day.My partner and I were craving a sweet treat, and came across Holy Shakes on Uber. The reviews looked promising, the food looked delicious, and when I say it did not disappoint, it did NOT disappoint.We both ordered the Lotus-Biscoff-Cheesecake Freakshake, and OH MY GOODNESS… the presentation and taste (especially for ordering off a food delivery service app) was perfection. When we walked in there was 3 employees and no other customers, they were talking amongst themselves and it took a while for us to order. When we finally did the cashier tried to charge me $20 more then the sign posted (4 pieces of cheesecake for 25), I told her so she did bring the price down to the regular. But the day after we ate the cheesecakes we both spent the entire day vomiting, I would not recommend getting anything from here.

The milkshake was good - albeit overpriced as it cost as much as entire meal at $13.99. Perhaps ok for a special occasion.Even a regular chai is 6 bucks.Price and shakes aside, the food looked interesting so i will have to return to give that a try and update my review accordingly.

I love Holly shakes… but unfortunately they have gone down with quality of food and flavours as well.. I have ordered butter chicken Kathi roll..and crunch Munch burger with came with masala fries… only masala fries with worth the money..but everything thing else was so bad..food wasn’t worth the hype. I hope they improve the quality of food. I can bet that butter chicken in Kathi roll was 1-2 days old.. it doesn’t taste right. Guys please check your food before you serve it to your customer. I hope you will improve. Your Shakes are very good.

Sadly the food was super super mid. I mean I’m pretty sure the Tim Hortons chicken burger is better than the one we got. We got the Chicken crunch burgers that came with milkshakes which were also super mid in my opinion. The chicken was densely breaded, hard & very dry like if you buy frozen in bulk. Not much flavour at all. Both hubby and me took like 3 bites and that’s all we could do. Fries were good. I’m glad $20 was all I threw out ????Best thing was the cool atmosphere.

I got myself a Bombay chilli Frankie. Although the taste was good but it was not how a Frankie should taste like. I’ve lived in Mumbai for a long time and unfortunately this isn’t the authentic way of preparing it. Please change the name to just a chicken chilli wrap. The wrap had a good amount of filling in it though. The fries were delicious and so were the shakes. I recommend the mango lychee shake, so refreshing! Service was good, great ambience and friendly staff 🙂

Quite honestly it didn’t live up to the hype. I had the bombay frankie and it was nowhere close to that. Ive lived in bombay for 5 years, this was not what is expecting. The fries were good and so were the shakes but overall not so impressed. The service was very good but the food could have been way better. Not really worth the price

The shake selection is amazing, but the actual shakes were fairly small and while they were good, they weren’t amazing. I think a lot of the hype is because you can get flavours that come with a chunk of cheesecake (for example) with the shake and not the shake itself. A must-see (especially if you have kids!) but there are better shakes for the price point in the city.

Just got food here for the first time and omg I don't care about how expensive it is cause this place slaps so hard. I got the tuxedo cheesecake and the classic strawberry milkshake and honest to God the cheesecake has to be the best I've had. And the milkshake was fantastic and it's cool I get to keep the jar it comes in. 10/10 will recommend

Construction guy here. I just grabbed takeout and it's excellent. Fusion cuisine, I would say. I went with a Chicken wrap (Monday special) which is decidedly South Asian and the fries were perfectly cooked and drizzled with a curry aoli and herbs. From my experience the food here was a bit of a let down. We got the Chow Mein burger, Loaded Mac with chicken, and the Lotus Biscoff cheesecake freakshake. I would not recommend the Chow Mein burger as the bun was extremely soggy and it was very messy to eat. This is the first time I have ever been given a soggy bun with a burger...it did not taste good. The loaded was Mac was actually very good and the Lotus freakshake tasted good too, however, the cheesecake on top was still a bit frozen. That was very disappointing. Compared to other similar joints, in my opinion this one fell short.

Been here first time after the social media hype. Asked for recommendation on cheesecake based on chocolate, receptionist said fudge brownie cheesecake. It was just cold fudge brownie, no trace of cheesecake. When I brought this issue with him, he said it only has cheesecake in name, not actual cheesecake????????‍♂️ any other place, they would refund or replace...this guy didn't give two hoots!!Wouldn't go or recommend to anyone...Atmosphere: Has just one counter for order and pickup, frequent clash with other customers while in line...Highly disappointing experience

This place was exceptionally slow, we waited over an hour and we got one milkshake. Very overpriced for a mediocre shake, and the smell of body odour makes it very difficult to sit in there and wait. Definitely lost my appetite by the time the milkshake came out.

First visit, my son really wanted milkshakes for dinner so we took a chance, and hit the jackpot. I can’t say enough about how good the food was. We had the strawberry and the cappuccino shakes, cheese burgers and the tandoori chicken burger (the chicken burger is the best imo). The fries and side of mayo are also fantastic, spice and crunchy and just straight up delicious.Definitely worth a visit, if not for the food but for an absolutely fantastic milkshake!Will be returning soon!
