First time trying out the shakes yesterday. I was the only customer in the store. The employee was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered the pumpkin spiced cheesecake. She told me it would take 5 minutes to make and was delivered within that time frame. It tasted delicious. I'd prefer a smaller option as it was way too much milkshake and too pricey to throw out.

Did an uber eats delivery order for a cheesecake. Had a buy 1 get 1 deal and when the cheesecake was delivered, the quality was absolutely horrible. Portion was not worth the price, cheesecake was damaged and deformed. A cheesecake from a supermarket looks better. Plus they up charged the cheesecake an extra $3 for the buy 1 get 1 deal. Originally $9.20, they charged $13.99 for the deal. Spent $20 on this order never again will I uber eats from this place. Absolute RIP OFF! It's disgusting.

Love that there is now a Holy Shakes in Guelph. Super cute milkshakes in nice glass bottles. There are so many flavours to choose from that it's a little hard to make a decision but I love the variety. The milkshakes were nice and creamy without it being too overly heavy. It's a little pricey but I think good for the amount of drink you get. Would definitely come here if I want a sweet treat! They could also use one more staff since I noticed only one staff working and another customer was waiting quite a bit for their order to be taken and made.

So delicious! Had a great experience and tried the Kit Kat Brownie Shake. It was way to big for me so I took home the brownie. The shake was so yummy.

Huge rip off on price. We were planning on staying in to enjoy a dessert and milkshakes but the atmosphere was ruined by the smells of the shared restaurant being so overwhelming. It is an odd vibe and not a good match between the two, one being a fast food joint and the other a dessert spot. The dining area was dirty and there was lots of staff just standing around... Also, there is a giant white wall that blocks you from watching them make your milkshakes and given the state of the dining area, it makes you wonder how dirty it is behind the wall. Hard to trust the sanitary conditions. The layout is a bit cramped and confusing on entry, however, the woman who took our order was very nice and helpful. I think both places would benefit from being in different units and make the experience enjoyable, but unfortunately, I would avoid the location. And just to really bring home the point - incredibly overpriced!

So glad Holy Shakes is finally in Guelph! Milkshakes are delicious and I love the variety of flavour. Only downside is they’re a little pricey, especially if you’re getting them to-go. You don’t really get the toppings the shakes would normally come with.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. We ordered a strawberry milkshakes and a red velvet milkshake and we have been waiting for over 45 minutes. They lost our order and multiple people behind us had gotten theirs way before us. Still waiting while writing this review after talking to them. God awful service. Will not be coming back. Would not recommend.

Very good place to eat and sit and sip. The Mango habanero is one of the best dishes, loved the ambience. I would highly recommend if you are craving something spicy and tangy.

Only one person working on a summer Saturday afternoon. Waited around looking at a menu for 20+ mins and the person working never once tried to help the guy waiting to order ahead of us, so we left. Can’t even imagine how long we would have waited for food/ drinks had we ordered. Not worth the waste of time

The customer service was great! Enjoyed my milkshake. Service was fast as well. I highly recommend this dessert treat? Forgot to take a photo of the milkshake but it looked exactly how it did in the photos and even tasted better.

Have been waiting for a long time for this spot to open. Trust me the wait was worth it. Visited the place with family on Friday night although it was busy staff was quick and professional. I met the owners there as well loved the attitude of people working there. The staff working there must be foodie themselves because only a true foodie can make food with this level of dedication. I tried Rasmalai milk shake which is of-course my favourite because of Indian flavour and it was amazing . Never had a better than this one. Must go place for the community of Guelph.
