So I was at this place today, and it was completely empty. The prices weren’t bad, but the quality was very poor. The meat was raw and not cooked at all the patty is supposed to be fully cooked. The taste was awful, and I really didn’t like it. Overall, it was a bad experience. The management needs to make serious changes, and the staff should learn how to properly welcome and treat customers.
We ordered a chicken roll and a burger with chaap. The chicken roll was not the flavor I ordered, it was dumped with turmeric and pepper, chicken wasn't fresh at all. Chaap lacked the tandoori flavor. I don't think the food was fresh. Wouldn't go again.
Delicious, great value and offers a good selection of vegetarian options. Ordered the smash box with my wife. Chicken was very crispy and Masada fries was very flavorful. Our second visit and the quality is pretty consistent.
Fun fusion sandwiches, tacos, poutine, burgers, veggie options in all. Great place. Must try. We had the cauliflower Nashville poutine and Korean bbq sandwich.

Stopped in with my daughter she was hungry we order the kids chicken sandwich with fries She didn't want the shake that came with that meal she order one of the special ones it came to $30 The shake came in a little pop bottle it was $13 the chicken had onions and hot sauce on the kids sandwich? I wanted a burger with nothing on it they said NO so i didn't eat I wish we left like the other 3 people in line did never again
Staff is very un ethical and unprofessional and must be trained to deal customers, the girl talked to me very rudely first, she needs to be taught to deal in a professional manner and everyone deserves respect. So it was Tit for Tat and I need to be rude at that time
i’m always paranoid going to places that mention fusion, but this restaurant really pulled off the best fusion food imaginable! nice prices n good quantity, ima def gonna visit again!
Kajal was extremely sweet and professional! She gave us good options when i couldn’t decide what to get. The food was delicious (highly recommend the paneer kathi roll and butter paneer poutine). The ferrero milkshake was very delicious and chocolately.
Went on a Friday night and ordered a Oreo milkshake and Lotus milkshake. While the Lotus was good, the Oreo had a very repulsive aftertaste to the point that it was undrinkable and tasted like soap. I asked for a replacement but an employee who claimed to be the manager vehemently refused with a very foul attitude claiming she knows she did everything flawlessly. I don’t think I’ll ever frequent this location again.
Visited Holy Shakes for the first time and had a wonderful experience! They offer amazing snack items and shakes, along with some unique fusion varieties. The customer service provided by Navjot and Kajal was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place!
Ordered piri chicken and waffles, came with 3 sauces and side of extra pickles. Fried chicken was nice and juicy but waffles were too hard to cut with the plastic cutlery.
Went here recently to get a milkshake and I had a great experience. I tried one of the drinks from the Choco Bar, the Ferrero one, and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend.
Visited this place with my kids, and they loved the lotus biscoff milkshake and the place was very clean. The staff were really friendly and they handled us very well. fully deserved 5 star
I had kathi roll which was made fresh, and had Oreo cookie cream milkshake which was also in point. The place has a really nice ambience and the vibe is so sick. Will surely visit this place again in future.
I finally visited Holy Shakes after hearing so much about it from my friends—it's definitely quite popular! I tried the Strawberry and Banana Fruity along with a Veg Burger. Both tasted good, especially the shake which was refreshing and nicely blended.
That said, I'm not entirely sure what all the hype is about. While the food was enjoyable, it didn't feel extraordinary. It’s more of a fun spot to hang out with friends and try something different if you’re looking for a change.
Overall, it's worth checking out at least once—especially for the vibe and if you're craving something fruity or sweet. Note that it's quite expensive. Ex. A normal drink costs 11.99/-
The food was good and the service was great. We played air hockey while waiting. The music made the place feel welcoming. Definitely a good spot to hang out and enjoy a tasty meal.
We had a wonderful experience at Holy Shakes in Heartland, Mississauga! I went with my husband, friend, and our little girl, and we all left happy and full. We tried the Classic Cheesecake, which was rich, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet. The Chai Latte was a warm, comforting treat—perfectly spiced and smooth. This was the first time having their shakes yge vanilla mini shake was sooooooo delicious I that just had to try a different flavor chunky chocolate 🍫 one word DELICIOUS 😋. I definitely be a return customer. The staff was very friendly can't wait wait to go back see you guys next week 😆
Got the fried chicken and burger and fries. They were delicious and plentiful. Good price too. There is a lounge section with foosball and air hockey for $5.

Tried their strawberry chessecake shake, and it was excessive sweet. I have tried their other flavors before, and they weren't that sweet. It was totally disappointing and wasted my money on trying something new.
The service was exceptionally warm and welcoming. It was my first experience at this place, and they generously offered samples of their delicious milkshakes and provided water for the patrons waiting in line. The bun was delightful, and the single pickle on top of the burger was surprisingly flavorful and not overly sour. Although a bit pricey, it was definitely worth it. I look forward to returning!
Our family had the chicken crunch munch burger, poutine and milk shakes. The food was quite nice and the milk shakes were lovely. Variety of choices and indeed upto standards. Staff is very friendly and service was good.
The fried chicken burgers are the best in the GTA. So many options as well including American style sandwiches/ sides, Indian style sandwiches/ fries, Mexican inspired sandwiches and asian fusion options as well. The shakes are also very unique to holy shakes. There are so many options to choose from, a shake flavour for everyone! Definitely a family favourite.

Absolutely loved our experience at this Holy shakes! We hosted a Halloween party for 10, and everything was perfect. The service was outstanding, and the food was top-notch quality. The manager went above and beyond to help us create a special menu that fit the occasion. It’s an excellent place for hosting small parties—highly recommend!

I wanted to treat myself to a shake nothing fancy just a chocolate shake. Not the best… it tasted like cold chocolate milk vs a milkshake and I had lumps on the bottom. Not what I expected for the price.
I ordered a paneer tikka roll. Their paneer is raw paneer tossed in tandoori sauce. When I complained they told me that’s how they serve it. I had to throw the whole roll away. However, the shake was good.
They were empty when we got there. We soon found out why. The shakes were super expensive and quite small. My nephew wanted to try it, but even he said he wouldn't go again

We’ve eaten here before but this is the first time we catered for an event from this location. Only one word to sum up the whole experience: EXCELLENT! My husband and I came here for a late night milkshake craving. We were both utterly disappointed and sad that we wasted our sugar on this. I got an Oreo mini shake and my husband got the ras malai shake. My Oreo shake was ok. It was very thin. I felt like I was drinking Oreo milk. My husbands ras malai milkshake was awful. No ras malai flavor and again was so thin it tasted like sugar milk. Would not recommend this place for milkshakes or desserts.

I VISITED THIS PLACE A FEW WEEKS BACK WHEN IT JUST OPENED AND MY EXERIENCE WAS AMAZING. THEIR TANDOOR OPTIONS IN BURGERS IS REALLY GOOD BOTH FOR MEAT LOVERS AND VEGETARIANS. I TRIED THEIR NOODLE BURGER AND IT WAS AMAZING. THE STAFF AND THE OWNER IS SUPER SWEET AND WELCOMING AND IS ALWAYS LOOKING FORWARD FOR SUGGESTIONS. OVERALL IT WAS AN AMAZING PLACE AND I HAVE ALREADY VISITED A COUPLE OF TIMES SINCE THEN.
This location takes FOREVER to get you your order. I ordered two lemonades and it took over 25 minutes. I’d give this place (this location specifically) 0 stars, their only saving grace was that the lemonades actually tasted good, but definitely not worth the wait and the time complaint was not handled well at all. And with the amount of orders you’d think they’d have more than two people working. Won’t be coming back to this location.

First time trying this place. It’s a hidden gem in this plaza. Went to eat with my boyfriend and the service was super friendly, the food was incredibly tasty and hit all flavours. We had the veggie burger, tandoori burger and butter chicken poutine 10/10 recommend Also they have cool drinks and snacks you can’t find anywhere else. Will most definitely be coming back for more!

Food - The mixed veggie burger is hands down, the best vegetarian burger in the GTA! The masala fries that came with the burger were perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside and were generously seasoned with masala (spices). I also had the mango lychee cheesecake shake which felt really premium, both in terms of presentation (definitely Instagram-worthy!) and taste (thick shake, rich flavours).
Service - The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu. They were also very transparent about the wait time (for the food the be prepared) and set expectations straight even before punching in the order which I truly appreciated.
Ambience - The place had a great vibe with funky art on the walls. They even had a foosball table & an air-hockey table which we enjoyed playing while our food was getting prepared.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The server displayed a lot of attitude and insisted on speaking in their regional language. When I asked for her name for the review, she refused to provide it. On the other hand, the Waterloo branch was very welcoming, and we had a pleasant experience there. However, at this location, the server seemed confused when we ordered poutine and treated us as if we were unfamiliar with it. I would recommend avoiding this place, especially if you're dining with family and children.
Horrible hosts at this location. Could bear the aggressive approach and they tend to jump on things without listening my story. Last thing is food is horrible.

Great food and wonderful service! My partner and I got mini holy shakes (cappuccino and cinnamon toast crunch, respectively) and Kit-Kat waffle bites. The shakes were just right size for us, and we took most of the waffle home for later. The vibe is very chill, and the owner was super friendly!

I mean how can people managing a store could not serve their customers when they are standing up in queue and are busy clicking pictures with their co-workers, is this what we people are paying for you?? Currently up 3:12am from food poisoning that my partner and I got from the food here. I recently reviewed this place and rated it 5 stars, sadly the food wasn't tasteful and we also got food poisoning. We've also ate here several times and have enjoyed our experience. I do not see myself and my family coming here after tonight's experience.

Tasty burger and sandwiches at this spot. Tried the Smashbox for 2 which comes with 2 burgers, fries and 2 mini shakes for $19.99. It’s a good deal and very filling. The masala fries are tasty and have a little kick. The fried chicken waffle sandwich is as good and the chicken seasoned well. I love that it’s served with sweet pickles. The standard combo comes with choice of their old school shakes (chocolate, vanilla or strawberry), but you do have the option to upgrade to one of their specialty flavours. I would get this meal again.
Even though we ordered a discount deal, the food was too good - The size or quality was not compromised.
The fries were one of the best I have had in a while - so fresh and the right kind of crispy. Same for shake - it was a milk shake and not a spin off with more ice and less milk.
The manager was really nice and courteous too.

What an awesome new find! We got the smashbox to try a few things for such a great price! IG pomos clearly worked on me! The beef burger was good but the butter chicken crunch burger was amazing! The masala fries with the sauce was delish! Those are a must for next time! It came with two "smaller" milkshakes, but legit we were so full it was actually the perfect size! I got the strawberry and my wife upgraded to the KitKat, totally worth it! So rich and filled with flavor! Even their canned pop options were great and different! Such variety! We got to chat with the owner and found out this place had just opened last month. He was so genuine and sweet with my son. I can see this being a great Hotspot. Lots of food options! And so many great dessert options to choose from. Will definitely be back with friends next time! Looking forward to trying even more! Also they have a cool lounge area on the side with a couch, foosball and air hockey table. I'll be sure to play next time I'm there with friends.
Don’t go to this location of Holyshakes. There is one lady who is handling all employees (maybe owner!!!). She is rude and not accepting requests. We asked for a bottle lead as we had some left over shake in bottle (only 25% used). She denied and we were forced to finish the shake or throw it away in garbage.
Burger and fries have soo much flavour and the shakes are really good. The biscoff cheesecake shake definitely a go to. Overall a great experience for me!
We tried waffles that were on deal for $9.99. They were made fresh that took more than 20 minutes although there were hardly any customers there. There was too much baking soda in the waffles and was served with very less Biscoff drizzle and a small scoop of ice cream.
The food was great and the place is nice, the service was decent but they insisted on us getting cheese on our burger (cheese is an extra charge) We upgraded to the Chunky Funky Brownie Milkshake and the presentation of it looks exactly like the Classic Vanilla Milkshake (we thought they accidentally brought a Classic Chocolate Milkshake) But otherwise the food was really good and I would recommend it, and you get to keep the millshake bottle 🙂
I enjoyed the food a lot. I had the butter chicken Mac and cheese. Which was better than expected because even the pasta had butter chicken flavor making it very flavorful. I also had the Mango lychee cheesecake milkshake. The taste was very good, the cheesecake gave a very nice flavor to the great combo. They have a tandoori sauce which is a MUST have because it gives so much flavor and it tastes amazing. I wish I could buy a bottle because it's that good

Ordered a milkshake, it wasn't bad just seemed a bit overpriced and long to make (was around 10-15 minutes for a plain chocolate shake). Also the menu is pretty big and really random for the food, looking at other reviews, I'm not surprised there are a few food poisoning cases with this location
Excellent service and prices. For $20 two burger, fries and mini milkshake. It’s totally work it! I hope the owner can honor this deal into the future and keep the present prices. In a time with inflated prices and smaller portion sizes, other burger shops charge more and give less, where’s their menu is the opposite. I’ve been waiting for Holy Shakes to open nearby so I had to try it today. Absolutely fantastic experience ! The food was so tasty and the shakes are out of this world! A must try if you’re in Mississauga
The staff are very nice and accommodating. They wanted to ensure we enjoyed everything from the food to the customer service. The atmosphere is very nice and chill, we noticed they had an air hockey table which is so fun. The food was delicious, we had a loaded Mac and cheese and the waffle chicken sandwich and fries. Everything was very flavourful. We were also able to try a mango shake which was really good! We will definitely be back to try more.
It was my first time visiting Holy Shakes and I'm impressed by their customer service and food. I found Holy Shakes through an Instagram ad and got their 2 for $19.99 burger combo. Ended up upgrading my burger to double meat, cheese, and my shakes which was very worth it. They served you glass cups which was nice to bring home to reuse if you would like. Would definitely come again with some friends!

I had a bunwich sandwich in beef and a kinder milkshake the milkshake was one of the best milkshake i have ever had. The service was amazing it looks really good when you see the owner himself is taking care of his business and he is there watching each and everything going out from his hands. The owner himself was there and taking care of everything the food was delicious but the only thing which could be improved is their beef patty. The server i don’t know her name but she was really nice and her hygiene was good too. Good experience!
We went to Holy Shakes on a whim! Didn’t really expect much and was looking for a quick bite to eat. When we went in though, we quickly changed our minds and grabbed a full meal. We tried the Paneer Burger and the murder by red velvet shake. You can tell the ingredients are high quality and worth the price. My mom doesn’t really like burgers but even she was a fan of the Paneer burger. The service was outstanding as well. Definitely worth a visit!

Just walked in from seeing the Open sign and am very happy to see so much variety! I had the yummy Old School vanilla milkshake and am looking forward to ordering food on my next visit! The service was positively welcoming and informative.
We had the incredible opportunity to attend a special before-opening event at this restaurant, and let me tell you, we were truly lucky! The food was absolutely fantastic, leaving our taste buds dancing with delight. And oh, the milkshakes! They were incredibly delicious, each sip bursting with flavor. The mood of the place was great, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. This restaurant is definitely a must-visit once it officially opens its doors!
Though it is still closed to the public, we got invited to a pre-launch tasting event. The location is great with ample parking, and the ambience is spacious and cozy. The food is really good with lots of new items added to the existing holy shakes menu. One thing that stood out so their newly introduced $5 mini shakes (a smaller version of their $13 shakes which is usually toooo big for one to finish)! Will definitely come back to try out more shakes when they open up, which is soon.
At the Pre-launch tasting event for the new dine-in holy shakes cafe. An amazing experience! To be able to sit and watch the rain fall with tasty rolls and milkshakes - fun! Ambience is amazing too with lots of photo ops! A must visit. Can't wait for final launch!
We were invited for the Pre-launch tasting event and experience was phenomenal. Attention to detail of the service staff, flexibility of dietary accommodation and the hospitality was impressive at the onset. We had Shashlik Kathi roll, Chicken crunch burger and Chowmein veggie burger with Masala fries. Food was flavourful and made to perfection. We tried their delectable Oreo and Nutella shake. All their cheesecakes are from the famous American Cheesecake Factory. We’d certainly be back to explore more on their menu once they officially open under the new management. Highly recommend it!!
Went there for a pre launch tasting event and was blown over by the food. Loved the decor and vibe of the place and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food is amazing, great flavors and perfect blend of authentic Indian street food and fusion dishes on the menu. Highly recommend the noodle burger and the Kathi rolls. The shakes were really good too! Tried the Oreo flavor and loved it. Must visit and definitely worth repeating!!!
I attended a pre-launch invitation only tasting event at Holy Shakes. The food was excellent, with extra attention given to toppings and sauces you can't find anywhere else (tandoori mayo!). The staff are very nice and ready to help with any questions or food modifications. The desserts are MASSIVE with exciting flavours like Lotus Biscoff and Mango Lychee. Definitely a must try restaurant for fusion food and desserts!
We were invited to a pre-opening invite only tasting event and the food was excellent. We really liked the cauliflower poutine and paneer kathi roll, the flavor was spot on. We also tried vanilla and malai masti shakes and they were amazing and huge! We will certainly be going back once they officially open under the new management.
Food is excellent. If you are interested in burgers, tacos, fries give this place a try! And did I mention the milkshakes. The owners are also very friendly and accommodating, if you want to have parties, events. This is an excellent venue
A lazy Monday afternoon craving for something exactly like a Kathi Roll and a shake. Delicious roll and Mango shake. Professional staffs and kind behaviour. Ambiance if perfect - a bit loud though. Hence loss of one star. Paid tips using my card I hope it goes to the employees.
I visited the holy shakes yesterday and being a vegetarian it is difficult for me to find my favourite food and I like the food of this restaurant and staff is very generous specially miss Gagan she also recommended me the veg food items which I enjoyed the most from the time I am in Canada.☺️☺️🥰
Great service and great food. The owners have done a great job hiring the most wonderful and helpful people. I had trouble deciding what to order and the cashier helped me figure it out. I will be back again since there's so many varieties to try from.
LOVED the shakes!! Probably one of the best tasting milkshakes we have ever had, and the one I got was vegan (soy milk + dairy free ice cream) — tastes just like a regular milkshake!!! The staff at this location was sooo friendly and outgoing. I definitely recommend coming to this location and trying their shakes! The seating area was super spacious. Its super nice that you get to keep the bottles too
We had a phenomenal experience! The flavours for the shakes were all unique and delicious. The owners were very friendly they truly went above and beyond to explain everything and insured we were satisfied. Its definitely worth checking out.
Food and service were both great, finally have a location nearby! The wraps are my favorite, especially the Kathi roll and the fries. If you get a shake- go for the cookie dough!
Visited Holy Shakes this past weekend and was not disappointed. The customer service was extremely friendly and the overall ambience was extremely welcoming. The shake was something different though. I was a little scared when I saw that there would be a cake on top of it but when I received my order, not only did it look amazing, but tasted fantastic as well. I will definitely be coming here again when I am in the area. Highly recommend.
Hands down one of the best shakes out there! Staff was amazing and service was on point. No regrets and will be coming back for more! Also store has the best decor in all of holyshakes location:).
Walked in for the first time at its Mississauga location and had the pleasure meeting the owners. The owners and staff were very welcoming and the food was top notch. I tried the Butter Chicken on the rocks and the Fried Mango Habanero dumplings (Which were surprisingly flavorful.. think I got a new fav lol). Another great thing about this place that it's Halal all around. Definitely a no brainer for all my Mississauga people to go check out!
This was the best shake I have ever had. I got the Rasmai shake and it was delicious. Also the peri peri chicken wings are my favorite. I would highly recommend Holyshakes 👌🏼
I LOVE WAKE UP COFFEE DELI STYLE COLD COFFEE, YOU HAVE TO TRY IT, and the girl at the milkshake counter was so chill and sweet went above and beyond, you guys have to pop by this place while you’re banking or zooming through Britannia & Creditviewww
